Terms of Service (TOS) for Bookshelf Memories Product Giveaway
Eligibility:
- To participate in the giveaway, applicants must be legal residents of the United States.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Each participant must have a validated email in the Bookshelf Memories system to be considered for the giveaway.
Entry Requirements: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the specified entry actions as outlined in the official giveaway announcement or promotional material.
- Each participant is allowed only one entry. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
- Entries received after the specified deadline will not be considered.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Prize Details: 8. The prize for the giveaway includes a DIY Tokyo Book Nook and a $500 travel gift card.
Winner Selection: 9. The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries.
- The winner will be announced through the email address provided during entry. The winner must reply within one week with their mailing details for shipment. Failure to reply within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
Verification: 11. To claim the prize, the selected winner must provide proof of age and residency. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
Prize Delivery: 12. The DIY Tokyo Book Nook and $500 travel gift card will be sent to the winner's provided mailing address and email, respectively, within a reasonable timeframe after verification.
Publicity: 13. By entering the giveaway, participants grant permission for their name and likeness to be used for promotional purposes by Bookshelf Memories without additional compensation.
Privacy: 14. Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and awarding the prize by Bookshelf Memories. By participating, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for these purposes.
Disclaimer: 15. The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third party. Participants release Bookshelf Memories from any liability arising out of or in connection with the giveaway.
Modifications: 16. Bookshelf Memories reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Acceptance of Terms: 17. Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
