"If you are reading this page, it’s likely because you share at least one thing in common with me and many people I know.
You love traveling or know someone that does.
You spend too much time on your phone.
You love giving interesting gifts (who needs more socks?).
You love a good book.
You like decorations for your home that look cool and tell a good story.
That’s why I founded Bookshelf Memories.
I’m by no means a travel nomad, but I do make a point to get out of the country once a year and explore somewhere new. I have a close group of friends and family and I believe that my time is always best spent experiencing the world and being with people I care about.
Before founding Bookshelf Memories, I had a career selling software to large businesses. I’m also an entrepreneur; I started a number of businesses throughout the years from mowing lawns, to creating a running blog, to a building a calendar platform for sales people.
The idea for Bookshelf Memories started more than 2 years ago when a friend who had just bought a DIY Book Nook kit for his fiance because it reminded them of their travels across the world.
I wanted to remember my travels in a unique way as well. As soon as we I was introduced to book nooks, I was hooked.
Over the next two years, we got deep into Book Tok, and learned all about the world of minatures and DIY Kits.
We designed, tested, and produced the best book nook available on the market. We believe you'll spend weeks staring at it every time you look at your bookshelf.
