What happens if a part breaks or I lose a part?
Simply send us an email and we'll typically get back to you the same day. It typically takes us about 1-2 business days to get your shipment out. Parts delivery is free of charge.
We designed the Tokyo Alley so that you can also continue building even while you're waiting for a part, so you can continue building while you wait for your delivery.
What comes included with your kits?
We include everything you need to build. You will receive craft glue, a mini screwdriver, and craft tweezers.
We have designed the book nook so that parts fit together well, but we have also included a nail file in the case that sanding a part is required (which should be rare).
How are the lights powered?
We've created a vivid electrical system that anyone can put together, powered by USB-C.
All the connections are either pre-made, or can be clicked into our circuit board. The wall adapter and extension cord are not included.
Designed With Care
We went to Japan and were mindblown by the aesthetic of the Tokyo alleys. Like any other tourists, we took as many photographs as we could but then realized that they were not enough, we wanted something more and wished that we could bring the beauty back home.
